  • Product Return & Replacement

  • All goods must be thoroughly inspected by the buyer at the time of delivery for quality and quantity satisfaction. Return and replacement for any product(s) shall only be considered for Damaged/ Defective products.
  • Please do not accept any products with Damaged / Tampered Packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the packaging, acceptable in the transit process).
  • Product return without our knowledge will be sent back to the customer and we will not be able to process a replacement.
  • To qualify for a replacement, it is compulsory for the customer to send picture/s of broken/damage product/s incomplete/incorrect delivery, to the customer service team.
  • The product should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, invoices, and documentations in proper condition & products/items should be UNUSED
  • Teessko.com must be notified of receipt of any Damaged/ Defective product within 48 hours of delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer to either speak with any teesko.com representative at +91 8950119132/8950429811 between 10.00 AM – 6 PM (IST) from Monday to Saturday or write to us at [email protected]
  • Please do not return products without making any correspondence with a Teessko.com representative through the above-mentioned modes.
  • The returned item should reach us in the same condition without any damages. The final decision on whether a returned item will be retained by us or sent back to the customer shall be taken by making my home ‘Quality Assurance Team’

Conditions for REFUND

  1. Refund will be provided only in the following cases:
  2. Teesko.com is not able to arrange for the ordered product.
  3. The replacement for the same product is not available or in case
  4. The vendor fails to deliver the product within the time mentioned on the website.
  5. Please do not accept any products with Damaged / Tampered Packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the packaging, acceptable in the transit process).
  6. Products returned without our knowledge will be sent back to the customer and we will not be able to process a refund.

Order CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • You can cancel your order only before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in the form of a credit note, which will also be visible in your account.
  • Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business working days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same. However, we will immediately process reimbursement which will be in the form of a credit note and which can be redeemed during your future purchases with us within 30 days.
  • Part order cancellation is not permissible. In case you wish to cancel a particular item, so can do so until the item is shipped by the seller. In such a case, your previous order will be completely canceled and a new order will be generated. For more details, contact our customer care at the above-mentioned contact details.
  • No refunds are applicable for cancellations. Once your order has been canceled, we will immediately process reimbursement which will be in the form of a credit note and which can be redeemed during your future purchases with us within 30 days
